MA-J04 - MA-J05 Mechanical Seal

The MA-J04 – MA-J05 Mechanical Seal is a high-performance metal bellows seal designed for extreme industrial applications requiring both high pressure and high temperature resistance. This model is available in single-ply and double-ply bellows configurations, allowing it to adapt to different pressure demands.

With operating limits up to 2 MPa (single ply) and up to 6.9 MPa (double ply), speeds up to 25 m/s, and a wide temperature range from -75°C to +425°C, this seal is engineered for the most demanding environments. The flexible carbon secondary seal ensures a completely elastomer-free design, making it ideal for high-temperature applications.

Constructed from premium materials such as silicon carbide, carbon, and advanced alloys including AM350, Inconel 718, Titanium, and Hastelloy-C, the MA-J04 / J05 provides exceptional resistance to heat, pressure, corrosion, and mechanical stress.
