The B06 Mechanical Seal is a balanced metal bellows seal designed for reliable performance in medium to demanding industrial applications. It combines an elastomer-free bellows structure with an encapsulated PTFE secondary seal, ensuring enhanced resistance to chemical corrosion and stable sealing performance.
With operating limits up to 2 MPa pressure, speeds up to 25 m/s, and a temperature range from -40°C to +220°C, the B06 is ideal for applications requiring both durability and flexibility. Its balanced design reduces wear and improves sealing efficiency under varying operating conditions.
Manufactured from high-performance materials such as silicon carbide, carbon, and advanced alloys including AM350, Inconel 718, Titanium, and Hastelloy-C, the B06 delivers long service life, excellent corrosion resistance, and reliable performance across a wide range of industries.
