B04 Mechanical Seal

The B04 Mechanical Seal is a high-temperature metal bellows seal engineered for extreme industrial applications where conventional elastomer seals cannot perform. Featuring a flexible carbon secondary seal, it provides a completely elastomer-free sealing solution capable of withstanding very high temperatures.
With operating limits up to 2.5 MPa pressure, speeds up to 20 m/s, and an extended temperature range from -100°C to +400°C, the B04 is ideal for severe thermal environments. Its robust metal bellows construction allows it to handle thermal expansion and mechanical stress while maintaining consistent sealing performance.
Manufactured from advanced materials such as silicon carbide, carbon, and high-performance alloys including AM350, Inconel 718, Titanium, and Hastelloy-C, the B04 delivers exceptional resistance to heat, corrosion, and wear, ensuring long service life in the most demanding industrial conditions.
