The FS09 Mechanical Seal is a high-speed metal bellows seal designed for industrial pump applications where performance must adapt to varying shaft sizes. Its elastomer-free bellows structure, combined with an encapsulated PTFE secondary seal, ensures reliable sealing and excellent resistance to chemical exposure.
This model features adaptive pressure capability, supporting up to 2.1 MPa for shaft diameters ≤75 mm and up to 1.3 MPa for larger shaft sizes. With operating speeds up to 25 m/s and temperatures ranging from -30°C to +205°C, the FS09 delivers stable performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
Constructed using premium materials such as silicon carbide, carbon, and advanced alloys including AM350, Inconel 718, Titanium, and Hastelloy-C, the FS09 offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life, even in demanding industrial environments.
