The J09 Mechanical Seal is a high-performance metal bellows seal engineered for industrial applications requiring enhanced pressure capability and strong resistance to corrosive media. Featuring an elastomer-free bellows structure combined with an encapsulated PTFE secondary seal, it provides superior chemical protection and reliable sealing performance.
With operating limits up to 2.7 MPa pressure, speeds up to 25 m/s, and temperatures ranging from -29°C to +204°C, the TSMB-J09 is designed to perform efficiently in moderate to demanding process conditions. Its flexible metal bellows construction ensures excellent response to thermal expansion and mechanical stress.
Manufactured using premium materials such as silicon carbide, carbon, and advanced alloys including AM350, Inconel 718, Titanium, and Hastelloy-C, the J09 offers outstanding durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life in aggressive industrial environments.
